Ordering

1Do I need to find links myself?

No. That is the point of the service. Everything in the catalog is already sourced, with the batch identified and ranked. You pick from what is listed.

2Can I request something that is not listed?

Yes, once accounts open. Send the product and we will source the batches, compare them and add it to the catalog. If we cannot find a version worth recommending, we will tell you that rather than sell you the bad one.

3Why do two listings for the same product cost different amounts?

Because they are different products underneath. A higher tier usually costs more because the factory used better materials. The price difference is the seller’s, not a markup we invented.

Payment

4What can I pay with?

Crypto confirms automatically. Wise, PayPal and card are handled as invoices — you get payment details and a reference, send the amount, and we confirm it against the order.

5Do you store my card details?

Never. No card number, no CVV, nothing. The system is built so that card data cannot enter it at all.

6Do I pay for shipping upfront?

No. You pay for the goods first. Shipping is quoted after the parcel reaches the warehouse and gets weighed, because the real weight is the only honest basis for the price. You approve that second invoice before anything ships.

Quality checks

7Is everything photographed?

Yes. Each item is photographed at the warehouse before it is packed. You see those photos before you pay to ship it.

8What if the batch arrives wrong?

You see it in the photos and decide: return to the seller, request a replacement, or ship it anyway. Nothing moves to the shipping stage without your approval.

Shipping and tracking

9Can I combine several orders into one parcel?

Yes. Consolidation is the default — items wait at the warehouse until you decide to ship, then go out together as one parcel with one tracking number.

10How do I track my parcel?

From your account, or from the public tracking page using your order number and the email on the order. The public lookup shows status and timeline only — never your address — so an order number on its own gives nobody anything useful.

This site

11Why do I need an account just to browse?

Sourcing and ranking batches is the work this service sells, so the catalog sits behind a free account rather than being open for scraping. Signing up needs an email and a password, nothing else.

12What still is not built?

Proxyhaul is a preview build on luckr.net. Accounts, the catalog and its filters work. Cart, checkout, payment and parcel tracking are still being built, and the catalog fills up as products are sourced and ranked.

13How is my data handled?

Addresses, names, phone numbers and email are encrypted individually before they are stored, with the key held outside the database. Addresses are deleted a set period after delivery. The design assumption is that a breach will be attempted, so the goal is that a stolen database is not readable.
